I woke up this morning to loud banging and footsteps on my roof. New roof day. I had forgotten.

So now I made The New Roof, The Movie. Viewable on YouTube. Garrison Keillor said at a writer’s conference I went to in April that nothing happens in a writer’s life that can’t be used.

This would be close to what he meant by “nothing”.
