Today, I put my camera literally down in the thick of the Queen Anne stems and pointed it up.

Trying to figure out one’s life in a week requires some new approaches, too.

  1. From the ground, everything seems taller. And more menacing. For example, yesterday I posted about our skating trip. I took a shot of the big mug of hot chocolate, only I shot it from above, looking down. For something so big, it comes across as rather ordinary. Now, had I balanced it on the edge and shot it from a lower perspective, it would have towered, as it should have.

    Perspective is everything . . .

  2. Your stuff is truly awesome, Pat.

    I love it.

Are you selling it anywhere? You SHOULD be.
