The road winds up to the top of the hill where phase one of a newly constructed lot of luxury condos near completion. Only a few appear to be occupied but this photograph suggests that more are to be built.
Designed and financed in another world, they continue to be constructed under darkening clouds. Field of Dreams: If you build, will they come?

Oh, no kidding, I’m hopin’ it works out. I hate to go to stores and be the only one in there. The other day I felt so bad for this small store owner that I bought stuff just so I wouldn’t go out the door empty handed.
